妙高高原ビール　ベイクドトマトスパイシーエール



原料にトマトを使用とのこと。
一部、妙高産のトマトを使用していて、オーブンで焼いたトマトを使っているそう。
飲んでみると、ほんのりトマト風味。
少し甘い感じがあって、ジューシー。
トマトスープのような感じもあって、なかなか美味しい。
ブースに、塩コショウが置いてあって、お好みで、ビールに掛けられるのが楽しい。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
